When you arrive, you are greeted with a welcome letter that warns you not to trust anyone, because the murder suspect actors are disguised as dinner guests and intermingle with the audience. Dinner guests are briefly interviewed as they arrive and asked for things like their business cards. The evening begins with drinks and appetizers as you read the welcome letter which suggests some helpful questions. The action starts with a detective that gives a speech explaining what to look for. Then there is a shoot out and someone dies. It is important to be observant because there often is more than one thing going on at the same time. Some things are important clues and others are diversive red herrings. The number of dinner guests may vary between 20 and 100 but during the evening investigation the detective introduces everyone giving some details that were gathered during the arrival interview.
