The Research Associate position offers the opportunity to participate in the development of cutting-edge technologies such as microfluidics and bionanotechnology. We are looking self-starter team players who wish to play a major role in product and technology development. Job description:· Apply scientific method in the design of logical experiments· Prepare samples, chemicals, and test reagents · Perform experiments, analyze data, and make conclusions· Create and follow standard operating procedures and quality protocols· Provide support to engineering teams with instrument and consumable development · Conduct independent research as necessary· Handle human specimen such as blood, urine and saliva Requirements:· B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, or related field· Understanding of life science assays and protocols· Familiarity with standard immunoassay and hybridization techniques· Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision · Strong work ethic· Ability to handle human specimen Please send your CV and cover letter to: Hiring Manager GeneFluidics, Inc.
