Training Consultant - Software
Accruent, Inc. is a successful software company providing real estate performance management solutions to Global 2000 companies. This position will work independently to ensure that the training classes and materials consistently meet the needs of our customers and partners. Classes may be held at our corporate training headquarters, at a client site, or via the Internet. RESPONSIBILITIES of this position are: · Design and deliver technical training courses on Accruent products to internal and external customers, including project managers, IT professionals and system administrators Provide training specifically on installation, integration, implementation and administration of all Accruent products Maintain the training application server with upgrades, new installations and other maintenance as needed Research and translate technical information into training materials; conduct interviews with product developers and technical staff to gather data for documentation· Conduct technical product training sessions to deliver relevant content and key learning concepts based on standard or custom material Administer written and practical certification; write performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance Schedule and coordinate training sessions
