The two-story, former Knoll's Black Forest Inn space has been reimagined by designer Thomas Schoos (Koi, O-Bar) and Chef Chris Blobaum (Laguna's Surf & Sand Resort). Once a Bavarian-style family eatery, it's undergone an extensive makeover. The old brats-and-beer garden has been converted into a cigar veranda; the organic-angled menu offers seasonal California cuisine. Interior decor highlights include copper and mahogany accents, fountains and fireplaces.
