The award-winning menu showcases the finest delicacies flown in from Italy, including cheese from Puglia, white truffles from Piedemont, fish from the Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas, quail shipped from Napa and meats from a small eastern farm. At your request the chefs will prepare an "extravaganze menu" featuring small courses, reminiscent of the Italian style of dining.
